Tell us about yourself
I have lived in California my whole life I currently live in Oceanside, where I have lived for the past 16 years. I live with my mom and step dad. My mom is a yoga teacher and my step dad is a real estate appraiser. As of right now I am working a part time job at Starbucks in addition to coaching. Eventually I would like to coach full time in addition to my own full time training.
How did you get into CrossFit?
I got into CrossFit through my old sport of cheerleading. One of my teammates’ father trains at C2 and invited me to come with him. And after one WOD I was obsessed.
What made you want to become a Carlsbad (C2) coach?
Once I got more involved in the CrossFit world, I knew I wanted to coach. C2 has been the most nurturing and motivating environment for my CrossFit career and I could never imagine going anywhere else.
How has CrossFit affected your life?
I live a much more healthy life now, from my mind set on things, to my eating habits. Everything I do now is to better myself.
What is your favorite WOD?
My favorite WOD is Chelsea because I can keep all of those movements consistent and I am pretty good at them.

Least favorite WOD:
Clean and Jerk’s 30 minute EMOMs.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to read, binge watch shows on Netflix, play PS4, play with my dogs, and I love to shop.
