Let’s try something a little different this weekend.  We attempt yoga poses in our warmups almost every day, but let’s learn from a real yoga instructor.  Belinda from Black Sheep Yoga in Oside will be here on Sunday at 10am to run you through a real 50 minute yoga class.  We’ll work on balance, flexibility, and mobility.  I’ve asked her to focus on hips and shoulders.  This  first class is FREE to members.  If we get enough interest, we’ll continue with the sunday class and add a midweek class as well.

Bring two beach towels and yoga mats if you have them.  Yoga appropriate clothing, too.

Regular classes  will continue at 11 and noon.
