Which class do you usually attend?  8.15 am or 5.30 pm

Favorite WOD:  Abmat Sit-ups, Kettlebell Swings, Back Squats / Thrusters, T2B, Pull-ups 

Favorite Lift: Deadlift / Thrusters

How long have you been CrossFitting?  2 Years

What keeps you coming back? To stay fit and healthy, and friendly coaches 

How did you find CrossFit? Friends went to Oceanside Crossfit

How did you end up at Vista CF? It’s right across from P’s Work

What is your athletic background? Never exercised before / Yoga 

How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? Overall strength, and a positive attitude   

What is the One Thing you have done here that you never thought you could do? Run, jump rope / heavy lifts

What motivates/inspires you? The positive energy through exercise

What is your proudest CrossFit achievement? Can run 1 mile straight, lift PR, Crossfit games

Tell me about your diet: We are 1/2 Vegan so milk/ yogurt/ cheese ok. Indian Food mostly
