Each class focuses on elements of strength and conditioning. We start our classes with a guided group warm-up. We focus on developing barbell strength through technical instruction, supervision, and progressions that follow technical competence. The class ends with a high-intensity functional conditioning session. Every element of our class is coached and supervised.
