C2 Teens

General strength and conditioning is the perfect compliment for the teen athlete.  If you are interested in setting up an off-season strength and conditioning program, please contact info@carlsbadcrossfit.com

A general physical preparedness program that focuses on strength and conditioning.

Each class focuses on elements of strength and conditioning.  We start our classes with a guided group warm-up. We focus on developing barbell strength through technical instruction, supervision, and progressions that follow technical competence.  The class ends with a high-intensity functional conditioning session.  Every element of our class is coached and supervised.

Bring water for you child(ren) and make sure they are wearing appropriate workout attire. Appropriate attire includes: tennis shoes, flexible clothing, clothing that is not too revealing. Girls, please keep in mind that we do a lot of movements where you must be up-side-down and wear shirts/tank tops that are appropriate and will keep you fully covered.

If this is your first time, please come a few minutes early to sign in and fill out any necessary paperwork.

If you have any questions e-mail us at info@carlsbadcrossfit.com
